I haven't used it daily to really give it a solid review on it's durability but it does feel alright for a plastic unit. You really need to press down in the extractor head when sucking up water from carpets and if I really pushed harder than normal it is plastic and it does feel like I would hurt it. It's pretty loud and I have to move it inside of the vehicle most of the time when doing seats as the hose is kinda short. I have the Bissell Spotclean Pro, the pump sprayer isn't that strong, and I have heard of people's hoses develop cracks, but then they wind up duct taping around the neck to prevent leakage.
